ANT hot Asphalt Regeneration Technology

The main element of the technology is ANT organic regenerator of asphaltic concrete preparation. It is produced by the method of catalysis of natural organic matter and is completely safe for man and nature.
ANT asphalt regenerator originates in the bitumen existing in the old asphalt, at the molecular level, oxidation-reduction reactions, as a result of which bitumen recovers its physical properties.
Thus, regenerating the old asphalt using the ANT technology, we are producing asphalt, which physical properties meet technical requirements.
It is also possible to use ANT regenerator to increase physical and mechanical properties of the new asphalt produced from new mineral materials and bitumen, as well as the addition of milled asphalt.
The use of ANT asphaltic regenerator in the production of new asphalt will increase its density, reduce water saturation, and increase the Marshall indicators.

The rate of consumption of ANT asphalt regenerator.

The rate of consumption of ANT asphalt regenerator is from 0.05 to 0.15% of the mass of the milled asphalt. The exact proportion is established during laboratory tests.

The recommended rate of application is 0.1%, i.e. 1 liter of “ANT” asphaltic regenerator per 1 tonna of milled asphalt (0.1%).

 
 

Improved composition of reclaimed asphalt.

As a result of milling asphaltic concrete with road mills, partial destruction of crushed stone occurs, as a result of which the granulometric composition of the mineral part changes. If necessary, you can change the composition of the reclaimed asphalt by adding the necessary amount of mineral rock materials and bitumen. You can apply from 50% to 99.9% of milled asphalt.
