ANT Pavement Stabilization Technology
ANT Stabilization technology is completely different from other world’s technologies of pavement stabilization for a number of factors.
The ANT technology was first developed for road works in difficult climatic conditions of Russia such as: a large amount of rain and snow, a large number of cycles of freezing and thawing of the road during the winter period, as well as air temperatures from + 40°C to – 50°C.
Roads of various technical categories have been constructed in Russia and they are operated in all climatic zones from the southern steppes to Eastern Siberia.
Roads constructed using the ANT technology are also found in Belarus and Moldova. The distinctive feature of ANT pavement stabilization technology is the high strength of the stabilized soil, the low construction cost, the ease of application of the technology and 100% safety for nature and humans.
The main element of the technology is the ANT pavement stabilizer. It is produced from natural organic raw materials and is completely safe for nature and humans.
ANT stabilizer at the molecular level initiates redox-reaction in the pavement, resulting in the formation of new crystalline compounds between individual pavement particles, that’s why the pavement becomes monolithic.
This reaction repeats the processes of formation of sedimentary rock materials in nature..
ANT stabilizer is a concentrated liquid and, together with water, is used to stabilize the pavement. The required amount of water is calculated, taking into account the achievement of optimum moisture when compaction of this pavement and its natural moisture. The rate of consumption of ANT stabilizer is 0.005% to 0.007% of the mass of the pavement. The stabilizer is mixes with water and added into the pavement. In practice, under different climatic conditions and pavement moisture, the solubility of the stabilizer with water is from 1: 250 to 1: 1500 (one liter of ANT stabilizer for the quantity of liters of water.
