ANT Pavement Stabilization Technology

ANT Stabilization technology is completely different from other world’s technologies of pavement stabilization for a number of factors.

The ANT technology was first developed for road works in difficult climatic conditions of Russia such as: a large amount of rain and snow, a large number of cycles of freezing and thawing of the road during the winter period, as well as air temperatures from + 40°C to – 50°C.

Roads of various technical categories have been constructed in Russia and they are operated in all climatic zones from the southern steppes to Eastern Siberia.

Roads constructed using the ANT technology are also found in Belarus and Moldova. The distinctive feature of ANT pavement stabilization technology is the high strength of the stabilized soil, the low construction cost, the ease of application of the technology and 100% safety for nature and humans.

The main element of the technology is the ANT pavement stabilizer. It is produced from natural organic raw materials and is completely safe for nature and humans.

ANT stabilizer at the molecular level initiates redox-reaction in the pavement, resulting in the formation of new crystalline compounds between individual pavement particles, that’s why the pavement becomes monolithic.

ANT Pavement Stabilization Technology

This reaction repeats the processes of formation of sedimentary rock materials in nature..

ANT stabilizer is a concentrated liquid and, together with water, is used to stabilize the pavement. The required amount of water is calculated, taking into account the achievement of optimum moisture when compaction of this pavement and its natural moisture. The rate of consumption of ANT stabilizer is 0.005% to 0.007% of the mass of the pavement. The stabilizer is mixes with water and added into the pavement. In practice, under different climatic conditions and pavement moisture, the solubility of the stabilizer with water is from 1: 250 to 1: 1500 (one liter of ANT stabilizer for the quantity of liters of water.

Advantages of using ANT pavement stabilization technology

The average consumption rates of ANT stabilizer for the arrangement of 1000m 2 of stabilized pavement, depending on the thickness of the layer
h = 15 cm h = 20 cm h = 25 cm h = 25cm
20 liters 26 liters 33 liters 40 liters

The ANT stabilizer, both in concentrated form and in the form of an aqueous solution, does not adversely affect the environment and humans, as well as equipment and machinery.

  1. Stabilized pavements have high physical and mechanical properties and can be used in all climatic zones of the world.
  2. For the construction of roads both natural pavements and waste from the crushing of stone materials and industrial waste can be used.
  3. The use of ANT stabilization technology reduces the estimated cost of road construction effectively.
  4. ANT technology can be used in the construction of roads of all technical categories, from rural roads to highways, as well as for the bottoming and coatings of industrial facilities of a wide range of uses.
  5. Application technology of various methods of preparation.
  6. The ability to use both individual and with various mineral binders.
  7. Rapid maturing of stabilized pavements and the ability to open traffic immediately after compaction.
